Sensei Labs Adds to Leadership Team to Support Growth

Hires industry veterans in marketing, sales and, product to capitalize on increasing demand for its award-winning collaborative work management platform.

TORONTO, ON – February 12, 2021 – Sensei Labs, creator of the leading enterprise orchestration software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform Conductor™ announced today it has added three new executive roles to its leadership team to support increasing demand.

The leaders recently hired to fill these new key positions include Kristin Oelke, Vice President Marketing, Geoff Coutts, Vice President Sales, and Eugene Peters, Vice President Product. All three join the company’s senior leadership team.

“Working closely with our partners and customers, the number of use cases continues to grow for how our Conductor platform successfully orchestrates and accelerates enterprise transformation,” said Jay Goldman, Sensei Labs Co-Founder and CEO. “To address increasing demand, Kristin, Geoff, and Eugene will be the key leaders building out our Partner Program, helping our existing and new customers learn how to optimize our platform across more of their enterprise, and driving continued Conductor innovation to advance enterprises in what we see as the new Enterprise Orchestration Era.” The new hires were a key investment as part of the company’s recently announced new capital funding.

As the company’s marketing leader, Oelke is responsible for linking product team innovations to the customer-focused operations of the business to build the Sensei Labs brand and drive demand for its Conductor platform. She has 20 years’ experience as a software industry marketing executive and is based in Washington DC.

As the company’s sales leader, Coutts is responsible for creation and execution of the go-to market sales strategy and sales team. This includes both a world-class partner program, as well as a direct sales model for Conductor. He’s spent his career as a high-tech sales leader in global organizations, as well as software startups, and is based in Toronto, Ontario.

As the company’s product leader, Peters is responsible for leading its customer-centric innovation approach to solving customer and market problems and delivering innovations that progress customers and drive measurable business outcomes on the Conductor platform. He has more than 20 years’ experience as a technology and product executive and is based in Toronto, Ontario.
