The Canadian Federation of Independent Business conducted an innovation survey of more than 6,000 small business owners across all sectors and provinces.
Their findings confirmed that companies are driven to innovate because they are experiencing an issue or problem that they can’t solve with conventional tactics or techniques. This drives them to explore new and creative approaches, whether that is a new technology or a change in process.
